It is the time of year where over 30 schools from across NSW participated in a trivia style competition testing their general Geographic knowledge and skills. It was a full house with many of the schools travelling from far and wide to attend. All students were on task, excited and represented their schools with distinction.
RPCS students joined these 30 schools on Thursday 26 October to take part in the WeSSSTA Geography Challenge at St Mary’s Memorial Hall. RPCS entered two teams in the event with11 passionate Year 8 Geography students. One of these teams containing Owen, Noah, Oscar, Sean & Jared managed to finish in the top 10 on the day. Charlie-Joe, Emily, Bella, Emma, Abigail and Hailey made up the second team which represented the school admirably.
We want to congratulate each of these students for their willingness and the way in which they represented the school so well. We hope to do it all again next year.
