Year 12 student, Jemuel Simion, has been honoured with a prestigious 2025 Community Service Award, presented by the Minister for Education, The Hon Jason Clare MP.
Now in their seventeenth year, these esteemed Awards recognise school students who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to making their school a better place to learn and their community a better place to live. Jemuel truly embodies the spirit of this recognition.
A Heart for Service and Innovation: Jemuel is a profoundly valued member of the RPCS community—a young man consistently marked by humility, integrity, and a genuine heart for serving others. His dedication to positive change spans years and a diverse range of impactful initiatives:
Early Initiative: He demonstrated his commitment from a young age by launching a drought-relief initiative while still in Primary School.
Technological Impact: Showing innovative leadership, Jemuel developed an app designed to help vulnerable communities easily access local food banks.
Global Compassion: He extended his service globally, successfully fundraising and travelling to Cambodia to help with the construction of a new school.
Jemuel consistently steps up to make a real, tangible difference in the lives of others, both locally and internationally.
We are immensely proud of Jemuel. His achievements and character make him a shining example of compassion, courage, and what it truly means to lead by serving for the entire RPCS community.
