We are excited to announce the launch of our new GROW framework, a Christ-centred approach designed to guide and support our students as they develop Godly character and grow in their faith.
This framework represents a significant reimagining of our behaviour and discipleship model, GROW, which began over a decade ago. Over the past six months, our school leadership team has prayerfully refined it to align closely with our mission, values, and foundational biblical principles.
At the heart of the GROW framework is our shared desire to see every student “Grow Up into Christ” (Ephesians 4:15) and flourish in all aspects of their school life.
The framework is built on three key pillars:
- Our School Values – Honour, Community, and Stewardship. Reflecting our commitment to glorifying God in how we live and serve others.
- The Dispositions – Six qualities we want to instil in our students: Be courageous, be respectful, be relational, be faithful, be wise, and be responsible.
- The Expectations – These are the practical, observable behaviours that reflect these dispositions in action across the school – whether in the classroom, the playground, the hallways, or during chapel.
The GROW framework seeks to build a school culture where students can mature spiritually, socially, and academically. Inspired by the Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) approach, it aims to encourage positive choices by teaching and rewarding behaviours that reflect Christlike attitudes.
Our staff will continue to explicitly teach students what it means to live out these dispositions in everyday life. This is part of our mission to not just prepare students academically but to help them grow as disciples of Christ who honour God, love others, and serve their community with purpose and humility.
