On Thursday, 14 February, RPCS held our annual Swimming Carnival. The crowds were roaring as the new Tribes held competitions and cheered for their competitors. The swimmers all competed very well and really gave the teams something to cheer for. Congratulations to the following students who received Age Champions on the day!

We saw many teachers participate in novelty contests and have fun whilst doing so. The teachers and students were very involved and many cheers from each tribe were thrown around as they went head to head. The Year 12s also had a novelty race with the teachers. As they fought through the water on their floaties the Year 12s only just beat the teachers – a very memorable way to end their last swimming carnival.
Loud roars from the Lions won them the war cry competition but at the end of the day echoing howls from the Wolves and loud roars from the Lions were not able to beat the Rams who won as overall competition winners.
What a way to start off the year with sport! Congratulations to all of the Age Champions, participants and the Rams.
