Here is an overview of how to enrol your child at RPCS:

COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM
If you would like to enrol at Regents Park Christian School, please complete an Application Form and submit it to the school, together with:
- Enrolment Application Fee of $30
- A Minister’s Reference form
- Your child(ren)s recent school reports
- Your child(ren)s NAPLAN report(s)
- Your child(ren)s Birth Certificate
- Your child(ren)s immunization report

INTERVIEW
Once the Application Form has been processed you will be invited to an interview with the Principal.

Forward listing
Forward listing
If you wish to enrol your child in the future (i.e. not 2018 or 2019) you may forward list your child(ren), which means that a priority is established.
The school will then contact you to invite you to make a full application the year prior to the anticipated enrolment.
A Forward Listing fee of $15 per child or $25 per family is payable when you submit the Forward Listing Form.

Fees are charged per term
* Please note that students on particular visas incur a higher fee because they do not attract government funding
** Please note that Year 12 fees are charged over three terms, i.e. Term One, Term Two and Term Three
The above tuition fees include the cost of compulsory School excursions and activities, e.g. compulsory camps, and subject supplies.
Excluded from tuition fees are ICT device lease fees (refer to Other fees below), uniforms, fundraising activities, T-VET fees, optional excursions, some representative sport activities, optional camps and certain senior subject fees. This list is not intended to be exhaustive.

The following charges, which are not included in the above tuition fees, will be charged separately as required:

Voluntary Contributions
Families are encouraged to contribute to the School’s Building and Library Fund, which is tax deductible. We suggest a contribution of $100 (for one student) or $150 (per family) per term. This supports the future growth and development of the school.
How to Pay
The school offers a wide variety of payment facilities for tuition and other like fees. These methods include:
1. Debit or credit card (AMEX*, Visa and MasterCard)
*AMEX incurs a 1.3% surcharge
2. BPAY
Use the Biller Code and Reference Number which is clearly displayed on your tuition fee statement via telephone and/or internet banking.
3. Centrepay
Parents who receive payments from Centrelink can elect to have a set amount of their payment paid directly to the school. Contact the office for more information.
